Let me let you in on a little secret, you can buy genuine designer sunglasses from Shadestation. Who doesn’t want to own a pair of genuine designer sunglasses at a great price?
I have been scouring the internet to get my hands on a pair of genuine designer sunglasses , but I am not going to lie who wants to fork out £500 pounds for a pair of sunglasses. Well not me!

I am not going to lie, I was sceptical and I did some extensive online research about Shadestation designer sunglasses as I didn’t want to buy knockoffs.

I opened the package and the classic black Magnetic leather sunglasses flap case had Saint Laurent imprinted on the front and Saint Laurent printed in gold once you open the flap.
The black sunglasses cases felt high quality and authentic.
The sunglasses microfiber cleaning cloth comes in a classic black Saint Laurent imprinted cloth which was inside the sunglasses case.
Within the case there was no authenticity certificate which I find all brands tend to give on purchase as this is also your warranty card.
The sunglasses came wrapped in plastic.
Once, unwrapped the Saint Laurent Mica sunglasses looked absolutely luxurious.
I got the Saint Laurent Mica black model SL276 , these are cat eye shaped sunglasses which frame is acetate and the lenses are nylon.
These have 100% UVA/B protection and the dimensions are as such:
Lens – 53mm/2.1”
Bridge – 16mm/0.6”
Temple – 145mm/ 5.7”
The Temples of the sunglasses have Saint Laurent Paris engraved.
The Saint Laurent glasses are made in Italy.
In the box there was a small plastic bag with a Keyring eyewear leaflet and a sticker on that bag with the model of glasses.
At that point as I was worried because I thought wait a minute Kering eyeware????? What the hell!!!!
However, I found that Kering eyewear is a French multinational holding company specializing in luxury goods, headquartered in Paris. It owns the brands Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Creed, Maui Jim, and Alexander McQueen.
That was a small panic moment I am not going lie, it crossed my mind that I had been conned.
The Womens Saint Laurent Sunglasses SL 276 MICA (SL 276 MICA 001 53) has a frame which is black and has a lens which is grey.
The Saint Laurent 276 MICA 001 53 comes with an official Saint Laurent Sunglasses 2 year guarantee.
The Shadestation Saint Laurent 276 Mica sunglasses retail at £199 from Shadestation, whereas on the YSL website these retail at £315.
It’s a whooping £115 saving with Shadestation.
Is Shadestation legit?
I can say that these sunglasses from Shadestation were legit.
I would happily purchase from Shadestation sunglasses again, as they have great responsive customer service and high quality products at an affordable price.
