How to apply fake nails
Applying fake nails successfully requires being quick and organised.
- Match the size of the nails to each hand.
- File the shiny layer of your nail.
- Apply a thin layer of glue on the whole nail bed and inside the fake nail.
- Do only one nail at a time as the glue is very quick to dry.
- Stick the glue on nail firmly and quickly into place.
- Hold the nail in place for 30 seconds.
How to remove the glue on fake nails
Removing the fake nails can be done in different ways:
- Soaking your nails in soapy water for 15 minutes.
- Soaking your nails in pure acetone.
- Apply cuticle oil to soften the glue.
At this point the nails edges should lift, so try to gently remove them.
Buff the nails with a nail file.
Use acetone to remove any remaining glue.
Wash your hands with soap and water and apply nail oil.

Unfortunately, the nail glue and filling of the nail bed may cause a little damage to the nail.
It is advisable to give your nail a breather between each different glue on nail application.
