I particularly love that they gradually lighten your hair so that your hair’s health can be kept in better health given the lightening process. This way I am able to keep my locks longer.
They are renowned for their balayage! Balayage is incredible as it adds depth to your hair colour and also makes the regrowth less noticeable! It’s truly epic!
I am so excited to visit their new brand because let’s face it! Not only is it in prime location but also the salons design looks absolutely incredible.

Allergy testing requirements for new clients
It is company policy that all new clients should be allergy tested 48 hours before their colour appointment.
All you have to do is pop in the salon, they will pop a bit of colour behind your ear and you will receive a card as proof of your skin test.
Don’t worry if you loose your skin test card, they always log into their system too.
If you do get a reaction to the product, it is important you let Live True London know before you attend the appointment.

Live True Soho accepts walk-in for cuts and blow dry’s. However, if you are going in for a colour it is important you make a booking and ensure you have had you skin test.

The Live True Soho hair salon is truly killing it when it comes down to the aesthetics of the salon.
It has a very modern feel to it and this electric blue theme I absolutely loved.
I can’t begin to explain how much I love their feature wall! They truly killed it with the salon vibe!
My experience at the Live True Soho hair salon
If you follow my blog you will know that I have had my hair done at the Live True London Brixton hair salon and my experience was very good.
I can’t even explain to you how many compliments I’ve received so far about my hair.
There are a series of things that made my experience there great.
Firstly, my hair colourist and stylist was very realistic of what we could achieve in one session in order to salvage my hairs health and length.
Secondly, my hair colourist told me exactly what I needed to do after my appointment to make my hair healthier so that by November we could go lighter.
Thirdly, the balayage is done incredibly well and is very low maintance as you don’t need a retouch unless you have white hairs.
In the meanwhile I used Olaplex 3 once every 10 days and Pureology Strength Cure Blonde conditioner.
Let’s look at where my hair was at after my visit in the Live True London Brixton hair salon and where they have taken it.
When I arrived at Live True Soho I was impressed by the front house welcoming vibes. I was instantly impressed with not only the salon decor itself but most importantly by the professionalism of the staff.
As you can see the decor is absolutely gorgeous. From the classic brick feel with the platinum finish mirrors.
The waiting area is so pretty and look at that central London feel.

Live True Soho has gone all out! Look at those vanity mirrors! I’m in love!
But what killed it was the private mini booth salons.
You can have your hair done in your own private area.

My hair colourist and stylist was Natalia. She was incredibly professional with over 5 years experience in the sector as well as specialisation in balayage! I was definitely in the right hands.
She had a consultation with me asking what we could achieve and I put my faith in her expertise and creative process.
She painted my hair with such a personalised approach in order to frame my features!
While I waited I was even offered a cappuccino and lotus biscuits! But don’t worry they also have espresso and lattes as well as water.
After the balayage technique, my hair was washed in the downstairs area.
Natalia applied a toner was added to give the perfect finishing touch and we went all out with a 2 inch haircut with slight layering to really give my hair that Live True Soho finish.

The Live True Soho has truly stole my heart! It never ceases to impress me! When it comes that beautiful balayage, cut and blow dry!
I used to think Dubai had the best blow dry but finally a place in London that does the best blow dry and cut!
Like that wasn’t enough, Live True Soho gifted me a bundle of goodies to keep my hair in top condition! And omg I love the Live True Soho bag!

Overall, I can’t deny that Live True Soho may well be my favourite Live True London salon!

The customer service is a solid 10, I left feeling relaxed and most importantly I left with beautiful hair!
Their colour technique is above none and all this with this impeccable salon finish which turns heads!
