Huda Beauty’s inspiration behind the Naughty Nude palette derives from a sense of sexual empowerment, as women we are taught to be modest. Not in every family of course, but some of them.
This palette allows you to channel your sensuality through make-up.
The palette has a very sensual colour story, even the names are very provocative as is the name of the palette too.
The Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette packaging design
The Naughty Nude palette packaging is very similar in quality to the Mercury Retrograde palette.
A beautiful hard case which is burgundy with a mirror incorporated.
The front of the palette has Naughty in blush pink written very big on it. On the background it has Nude and Huda Beauty written in a nude purple shade.
A very high quality packaging as well as a visually appealing palette colour story. The marble effect shades are so visually appealing to me.

How to use the Huda Beauty Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette
The palette is very easy to use.
Mattes are wonderful for creating a flawless eye make-up base and building up dimension. Different brushes allow for a different application result.
The metallics and marble shades should be picked up in a circular motion with an eyeshadow brush. Again, depending on the eyeshadow brush you use, the results are different.
To apply the pearl gloss, use a flat brush to layer it on for a high gloss finish. Huda Beauty suggests using it on different areas of the face with your fingers.
I recommend not using your fingers to avoid cross contamination and bacteria or mould developing.

What is the difference between the Naughty Nude and the New Nude palette?
There has been a lot of controversy and curiosity surrounding the Huda Beauty Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette.
Everybody wants to know how it compares to previously released Nude palettes.
The Naughty Nude palette has richer shades which are deeper and smouldering. The New Nude palette on the other hand has a softer colour story and creates romantic looks.
As you can tell from the swatches, eventhough the shades look similar, they vary in tonality and texture.
What is the difference between the Naughty Nude and the Nude Obsessions palettes?
When it comes to the differences in the Huda Beauty Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette and the Nude Obsessions palettes, the differences were slight, you are talking about different tones of particular colour variations.
I didn’t purchase the mini Nude Obsessions and I feel that the Naughty Nude palette is the ideal replacement for those who haven’t bought into the Nude Obsessions palettes.
Are the metallics new textures or the same as previous palettes?
Huda Beauty has innovatively formulated a dimensional shine to the highly pigmented metallics.
This dimensional shine derives from a new pearl formula which gives both the metallics and marble metallics a different visual appeal.
Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette day look
The Naughty Nude palette is great for creating soft day looks.
I only used the shade Filthy as a base and irresistible as a topper. The Legit Lashes Mascara to finish this easy day look off.

The Naughty Nude palette is brilliant for evening looks.
I created this evening smokey eye look on YouTube and it only took less than 5 minutes.
Final verdict
Overall, the Huda Beauty Naughty Nude palette is absolutely stunning when it comes down to packaging and nude shades variations.
It is very luxurious and the star of the show in my opinion is this Burgundy shade which reminds me of fall to be honest.
I am a big of the velvety mattes, the marble effect, the high shine Metallics and the pearl based new formulas.
The formula of the Naughty Nude palette is very innovative, it’s nothing that I’ve seen before especially with the pearl gloss formula.
Like the latest palettes this palette blends to perfection and you will love it for its deep mauve, brown, purple and reddish tones.
The controversial palette is one that is irresistible especially if you are a Huda Beauty palette collector.
Unfortunately for me, the new pearl formula in the shade Slippery was not a good match for the palette, its not aesthetically pleasing and when you put it on your eye, it disrupts the other formulas and makes your eye make-up transferable and sticky . This however, is down to personal preference.
Did I think it’s very similar to the other Huda Beauty nudes? It is very similar overall and is a great replacement if you haven’t got your hands on the light, medium, rich Nude Obsessions palettes and are looking for a complete smouldering palette.
When it comes to it’s similarity with the New Nude palette, I felt that the difference was in the richness and depth of the colours.
Side by side they are just so beautiful.
